This initiative is part of the #LivUpCommunity program, designed to bring even more value to the lives of our tenants! The first lecture will focus on stress and will be led by the renowned health psychologist Mateusz Banaszkiewicz (he/him). 💡 What can our tenants expect? Last Saturday, May 18, LivUp representatives participated in an #Ekiden relay race, the largest team race in Poland 🏃. However, we decided to break the mold. Thus, we invited Oleh Bondarchuk, our tenant who is passionate about running and acts as a LivUp ambassador at the same time, to join the race. Believe it or not, we did not do that to have an impact on the results of our team 😉 In fact, we did that to show the immense importance of interpersonal relations, both within a team and with our tenants. This was an excellent opportunity for team building, and this sports challenge only proved that we make a truly good team together. A huge “well done” to all LivUp runners for completing the relay (Adam Wilgus, Krystyna Chenash, Julia Szwed, Klaudia Ratajczyk and others) 🏅. 🎉 Two weeks ago, we celebrated the official opening of common areas in our investment in Krakow. From now on, our tenants residing in the building for long-term rental at #LivUp - Zaczarowane Koło 2 can use a shared space serving as both a fitness room and a lounge area.   🛋️ The space is located on floor -1, whereas its design features bright colors, a combination of modern look and clean lines, unique elements of wood and metal work. A mix of unique surfaces and soft textures bring a special and warm atmosphere that welcomes our tenants. The interior is filled with natural light that creates a special place for tenants to relax, work, meet, hang out, play, drink, eat and create special moments. Additionally, there is a fitness room available for the use of residents, where yoga sessions will also be held once a week 🧘♀️.    🤝 We would like to thank BLOK Architekci for cooperation with us in designing the interiors that meets our standards and is in line with out passion for beautiful, functional and comfortable spaces.
