GIS DAY 2024 – What a Memorable Aviation Experience for the Next Generation! ✈️🌍 On November 19th, our Air Base in Rzeszów had the pleasure of hosting a group of aviation enthusiasts from the Kindergarten of the Congregation of the Daughters of Our Lady of Sorrows of the Seraphim Sisters in Tarnów. The visit marked the final chapter of their stay in Rzeszów, which also included a trip to the Łukasiewicz Science Centre. During the aircraft presentation and educational consultations (learning where the propeller and wings are), pilots Łukasz and Mateusz shared their expertise. It was a fantastic time for the kids, and a valuable experience for all of us. Many of the children expressed a desire to become pilots in the future.
