NEW SOLVENT-FREE CHLORIDE PEROVSKITES Nanoxo extends the portfolio with new solvent-free, solid-state synthesized chloride perovskites with band gaps ~3.0: Cesium lead chloride – γ-CsPbCl3 Formamidinium lead chloride – α-FAPbCl3 Methylammonium lead chloride – α-MAPbCl3 The solvent-free solid-state approach ensures repeatability and scalability of the manufacturing process while providing remarkably high-phase purity products. The reaction of dry powders also eliminates the formation of solvent adducts, arising through their coordination to perovskites resulting in crystal lattice defects.
