From countless BRP sessions in Oslo to solving UX challenges with UML diagrams - it was an intense and developing time. Whether we were designing scalable software for Energy Asset Health Monitoring, aggregating thousands of devices, or diving into persona workshops to simplify the complexities of Energy Management Systems (EMS), every challenge and failure made us stronger. We would like to thank our clients, whom we cannot mention by name (but you know it's about you) - for the trust that allows us to learn, develop, and innovate together. The year 2024 was not the easiest - the entire industry faced new challenges, and we were no exception. Despite this, we actively participated in 26 projects, made 17 trips to customers in Norway, and maintained stable hours in projects. All these experiences reinforced our belief that acting as a technology partner, not just a contractor, brings lasting benefits. Thanks to this, long-term cooperation is more resistant to market situations, and relations based on mutual trust translate into real business results. #OrderGroup

In the People department, the most important are... people - our team and candidates. Every day is filled with new stories that inspire, surprise, and sometimes teach us something new. The end of the year is the perfect time to stop for a moment and think back to all these moments. Photos from events always make us smile - they remind us of funny situations, challenges, successes, as well as those moments that didn't quite go according to plan. However, in addition to memories, specific effects are also important to us numbers and results that show how much we have achieved and how our work translated into real results.
