🎉 R.Power's Major Green Bond Issuance! 🚀 R.Power issued Green Bonds worth 530 million PLN! This not only refinances our currently issued bonds valued at 450 million PLN but, more importantly, provides a powerful capital injection for the dynamic development of our photovoltaic (PV) projects and energy storage systems (BESS)! 💪 Investor interest exceeded our expectations – the high demand for R.Power Green Bonds resulted in a record-breaking issue worth over half a billion PLN, marking the largest in the company’s history, which further highlights the market's trust in our vision and strategy. This record issuance is not only a financial success but, more importantly, a significant step in fulfilling our mission of energy transformation. Thanks to the funds raised, we will be able to develop projects that bring us closer to a cleaner and more sustainable energy future even faster and more efficiently. 📅 The Green Bonds have a 5-year term with maturity in 2029, providing a stable and long-term financing structure for our projects. They were issued based on the Green Bond Framework, ensuring alignment with international standards and our commitment to sustainable finance practices. The issuance was arranged by mBank S.A., with Clifford Chance serving as mBank's legal advisor. ⚽ We are proud to have participated in the "Charity Cup" football tournament in Włoszczowa last Saturday. Our Team played 8 matches, competing against 19 other teams from all over Poland, all in support of a vital cause: raising funds for a local mental health support center for children and youth. 💖 While we didn't win the tournament — indeed, we didn't even make it to the podium — the result was secondary to the cause. We are pleased with our Team's performance on the field but even more thrilled about the positive impact this event will have on the local community.
