Previsualization is essential for automotive advertisements, whether they involve real footage, virtual production, or full CGI. It plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success and effectiveness of these ads. - Conceptual Clarity: Previs helps advertisers, directors, and production teams to visualize the concept and ideas for the ad. It allows them to refine their vision, ensuring that everyone is on the same page before investing time and resources into the project. - Cost Efficiency: By creating a previs, filmmakers and advertisers can identify potential issues and inefficiencies early in the process. This helps in cost reduction as changes are less expensive to make during the previs stage than during the actual production or post-production phases. - Time Savings: Previs allows for the identification of any potential bottlenecks or delays in the production process. - Storytelling: Whether it's a CGI or real automotive ad, previs helps in crafting a compelling narrative. It aids in planning camera angles, movements, and shot sequences that effectively communicate the message and story behind the automobile, making the final ad more engaging for viewers. - Creative Exploration: Previs encourages creative exploration and experimentation. - Safety and Precision: For real automotive ads involving stunts, previs is vital for safety reasons. It enables the team to plan and execute complex maneuvers with precision, reducing the risk of accidents. - Client Approval: Previsualization serves as a powerful tool for presenting ideas to clients and stakeholders. It gives them a clear understanding of what the final ad will look like, increasing their confidence and enthusiasm for the project. - Collaboration: Previs facilitates collaboration among different departments, including cinematography, art direction, visual effects, and post-production. It ensures that everyone is working towards a common vision and helps in seamless integration of various elements. - Problem Solving: Previs helps anticipate and solve technical challenges that may arise during the shoot, whether related to lighting, camera angles, or special effects, ensuring a smoother production process. SEVAfx previs team members leverage their expertise in shooting automotive content, utilizing high-end equipment, chase cars, working with stunt coordinators and precision drivers to enhance the previsualization process and ensure its effectiveness. This hands-on experience ensures compelling final product.

We've been busy! In less than 10 days, our team made something for the project, shot by One Little Production team. We created previs, two virtual locations, and helped with set extensions for the post-production crew. Both locations were specially designed to fit the studio's setup and were tested to run smoothly at 50FPS. Here, we brought live-action and real-time animated scenes together, creating a seamless blend of reality and imagination. The quick turnaround was a hefty challenge, but seeing the final result? Totally worth it!
