At STX Next, he's at the forefront of enhancing search engine accuracy and user experience for a top podcast and audiobook streaming company. With his expertise in LLMs, embedding models, and rerankers, Witek is fine-tuning search results to perfectly match user preferences. All this while also diving deep into his Ph.D. research, exploring how LLMs can tackle disinformation and respond to persuasion strategies. 📚 His dedication has already gained recognition, with a paper accepted at the Empirical Methods in Natural Language Processing (EMNLP) conference. Witek's passion doesn't stop there! He's an active force in multinational projects like Link4Skills, where he's developing a chatbot that provides accurate, ethically sound answers to migration-related questions. 🚦 Outside the office, Witek is an avid classical music lover and piano player. 🎹 He's also an adventurous traveler at heart, having hitchhiked across Europe and explored its vibrant capital cities.
