Microbiome Soil is the complex of carefully selected, non-pathogenic cultures of soil bacteria and fungi (naturally occurring in soil), designed for accelerating the decomposition of crop residues and straw. Fungi of the Trichoderma genus is the most active and wide spread destructors of cellulose and lignin which are the main components of dry plant residues due to the production of the active complex of cellulosolitic enzymes. In post-harvest residues the fungus Trichoderma entwines the soil layer and root system of plants by its mycelium, and mycelium’s waste products are the valuable source of nutrients for plants and soil biota. Due to the rapid reproduction in soil Trichoderma inhibits the development of pathogenic organisms showing effective natural fungicidal effect against wide spread pathogens of plant diseases The microorganisms contained in the preparation also take part in improving soil structure and create a favorable environment for the development of beneficial microflora. Microbiome Insecta Soil is the carefully selected strains of entomopathogenic fungi Metharizium, Beauveria naturally occurring in fertile soil. Microbiome Insecta Soil naturally reduces the occurrence of pests feeding on the roots of cultivated plants, such as larvae of turtles, wireworms, swellings, larvae of owl butterflies, potato beetles, spider mites and others. As a result of the activity of microorganisms and their production of various substances (such as vitamins, organic acids, enzymes and others), the environment around the roots becomes unattractive for pests, which results in a significant reduction of their occurrence. The spores of the fungus are capable of germinating through the chitinous cover of many varieties of insect pests, causing the mycelium of the fungus to grow inside their bodies and release toxins that lead to the death of the insect. Bacillus thuringiensis - biomass live cells and spores of Bacillus thuringiensis bacteria and their metabolic products (proteins that are toxic to some insects when eaten, but not others). Bacillus thuringiensis is a gram-positive, soil-dwelling bacterium, the most commonly used biological pesticide worldwide. During sporulation, many Bacillus thuringiensis strains produce crystal proteins (proteinaceous inclusions), called delta endotoxins, that have insecticidal action. Bacillus thuringiensis has a dual action: it is activated in the insect gut and causes its dysfunction, and inhibits RNA synthesis in insect cells. As a result of the action Bacillus thuringiensis on insects, including sublethal doses, metamorphosis is disturbed, digestion processes are inhibited, fertility of females and viability of the next generations are reduced. Bacillus thuringiensis is safe for humans, warm-blooded animals, birds, fish, bees and the environment.
