Brought my fiancé here as part of his birthday present. The reception staff were so lovely & helpful throughout our stay. Room could’ve been better - was a bit small, toilet seat was broken and could’ve done with a kettle. Can’t thank the staff enough for giving us hot water when we asked for it though! Breakfast was lovely & is beyond continental, as you get cooked items such as bacon & eggs as well. Room was cleaned spotlessly every day. Overall, we were really pleased with our stay & would return!

The location of the hotel is very good. It is near the cathedral. I booked a twin room. The room was very large and sofa.

Hotel Minerva was affordable and in a great location. We knew it wasn’t going to be a super fancy hotel, but we wanted something affordable and in a good area. The subway is literally right next door which made getting places around Milan so easy! We always felt safe at Hotel Minerva and in this area. The breakfast in the morning was good (7am-10am) and the staff was friendly and helpful. For what we paid, we were happy with our experience!

I highly recommend this hotel. The room and bathroom were surprisingly spacious, very clean. The staff were super helpful with our many questions. There’s a nearby park, shopping mall, apertivo and easy to use trams to get around Milan. Breakfast was excellent. There’s a real attention to service at this hotel.

Hotel Rio is a modest hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff and perfect location. The hotel is just steps away from the Duomo and the metro station. The room was good considering the price - there was a TV, fridge, extra pillows and blankets, and a safe. The free breakfast in the morning was pretty good too - they had croissants, yogurt, eggs, bacon, etc. The only complaint is that if your room is near the street it can be loud with the location in the city center.

The hotel only takes about 3 minutes to walk to the subway station, and you will be on the Piazza Milano. It’s very convenient. I didn’t go to the boss’ restaurant for dinner this time. Go again! ~
