This app sucks a lot, it takes forever and many attempts to connect to VPN, very few to only one VPN for many locations, and the speed is slow. Can't even load Netflix. On top of that, Im being charged 26 months instead of the 24 months with 2 months free. I want my REFUND! Contacted customer support thru email, but still haven't gotten any reply back for my refund within 30 days and cancel my service plan.

Been using it for a year. Was good. Updated the app two days ago, often disconnected and my phone has been frozen frequently. Difficulty with opening the app too. Also affecting normal functions of my phone that I need to force restart all the time. Please fix it I have paid for 2 years. Update 27 April 2022: app seems improved but sometimes still unstable. I renewed my payment, giving a three-star to replace the old one-star. Room for constant enhancement for a more stable connection.

Does the app can't connect with the Chinese network now? I have tried the wifi and data in China but it just can't connect with some for instance, keep saying 'prepare to connect' with no any other movement, keep loading at 44% at attempt 6/10, etc. Why I said the app may can't be used in China because when I use the data roaming from Hong Kong, the app can run fluently. I use the app with happiness before and it is meaningless if I can't use this in China. I really hope it can be solved ASAP.
