A dizzying array of selection criteria but hard to select what you want. Selected 2 people in same hotel, two separate rooms, under $x. Top returned selection has 1 available room in budget and all other available rooms double the budget. Some rooms inclusive of fees some plus fees. Cant see anywhere in the app to feedback problems with the app search so no I cant contact customer service via the app.

The support process and interface is just terrible. Very cumbersome to get support from them in app, messages lost, can't attach multiple images, can't send multiple messages until they respond, and slow response time. It's 2025 and I can't believe they have such a terrible support system. Not to mention the poor experience with hosts where you're not sure if you'll have your accommodation or not.

There is no customer service. They simply never respond. They're a good app when things go smoothly, but when there's an issue, you can forget they'll ever look into it. There are also their manipulative tactics while using the app such as showing you that a property has only one room left when they have many others left. For simple reservations, it's good. However, I would never book a long stay through this app.
