A very shady app! I sent a mail to wix knowledgeresource for a book and they were consistent with replies until after the payment. They started with stories like they can not access the q module and I have to balance extra for the book too of which they didn't say anything before. I complained of lack of transparency and asked for a refund but they stopped replying my mails till I said they should send their account again so I can make the additional payment. No I've gotten my book, refund me!

The app works well and I have no issue with it, EXCEPT that I continue to have a problem with my pricing plan. Currently, I have NO more sessions available with my plan, but I also cannot purchase a new plan. When I tried this month and last, I got an error message telling me that I cannot buy a plan for more than one person. It is very frustrating, as I cannot schedule sessions through the app until the plan expires, even though the plan is useless without available sessions.

Used to work great and really boosted interaction with our clients, however, we are unable to post discussion items on the individual events for over a month now which is seriously hindering participation. The Shared Gallery, which we used regularly to gather feedback and interact with our members, was also recently disabled in the app.
