I cannot log into my app, I can only log in on the desktop application and when I reached out to support they sent me a generic password reset response email. I clearly wrote in the first email to them that I have no problem logging in on my desktop PC so there's nothing wrong with my password username combination. And when I asked if anyone even read my last message because the response was so nonsensical I got another generic email with no help, be careful if you look for support

When I try to enter Swift code to register my bank account, I cannot enter letters, just numbers. Swift code always have letters, so this should be a bug, please fix it. The other aspects, such as UI/UX and transactions are fine. I want to use this app for fiat withdrawal though, so please fix the Swift code issue and I may give higher ratings based on withdrawal experience. Thanks.

Not a great experience. I've been having an issue. They emailed me about something that wasn't showing up and it's been a week, they created 2 support tickets but only sending generic answers now, basically that they're working on it and it's been a week now. It's something very simple that THEY emailed ME about. Customer service sucks. Disappointed and curious why other people seem to have an OK experience but for it's been terrible.
