Jocko and Echo have genuinely changed me as a person over the last 4 years and I will be forever grateful for the message they put out and the positive impact it’s created for my family.

Interesting in parts with some good tips but a lot are simply too long and once you’ve heard a few you’ve kind of heard them all. After a while start to think that while discipline and leadership are important there’s more to life than that. Sometimes wonder if Jocko should simply move on from his time in the military.

Love how in-depth all the interviews are. Even when some of the podcasts are over five hours long, they still feel too short. My fave podcast. Susan

The most listened to podcast for me. You can be from any walk of life, or have any background of interests and appreciate the life lessons coming across in the episodes. Really well put together, well researched (with a hint of broscience) and a great bit of banter. The school of “good” should be mandatory study for ALL humans. It’s on in the workshop every week and the words GOOD drawn on the workbench as a constant reminder of persistence, graft, acceptance and self forgiveness.
