Parental neglect.
28 Oct
It made me feel more sympathetic towards L & M following the episode which highlighted the parental emotional neglect that both women went through at such a young age. I wish both well and hope they find true happiness.

I kinda like it , I like Lily and Miquita to a point and they do share some interesting things however Miquita can’t stop getting deep and tripping … this lady needs to remember she is nearly 50 and works in entertainment industry she is not an advocate or an inspirational leader so she should focus on doing her day job and keep her ill informed opinions or political / cultural views to herself and focus on entertaining her viewers not educating on false facts. Lily is fine tho warts and all
Such a toxic friendship

Not sure who’s more annoying Lily or Miquita. Still listening tho as it’s totally fascinating
Lily 5 starts Miquita 1.5

I love listening to Lily on this podcast, she’s a great story teller, intelligent, funny and has a wealth of life experience to share, she can do no wrong in my eyes. Miquita gives out a lot of info that maybe is not entirely accurate and often changes her opinion when Lily politely points out that she’s basically wrong about something, winging it comes to mind. This week she announced “ uncle John “ was the first black headteacher in London, which is truly amazing but having Goggled “first black headteacher in London”, nothing to be found about him, plenty of articles about other black headteachers though. Her continual use of the F word is totally unnecessary. I can’t get through a single episode without getting annoyed by one of her comments, still hanging in to listen to Lily.
