I live in the heart of Anishinaabe country (Mooningwanekaaning) and I love this show. It’s like hearing some young aunties talk about the current issues (virtually). Thank you!
The Indigenous Aunties I Always Wanted

Listening to Melissa and Souta talk together is a beautiful genuine window into what modern indigenous women are going through and it warms me to hear their wisdom and share in their struggles and laughter. I have been listening for the last couple of years and it is the longest i have ever listened to a podcast— I have listened to every episode and I look forward to each new conversation with what I feel are my online Aunties. Growing up with native blood but not being in touch with my culture, this podcast has meant a lot to me. Thank you, Indigenous Vision!!

Highly recommend! Great podcast with a refreshing vision. I am grateful to these two women for letting us listen to their honest, jarring, sometimes painful, funny, observations. I think you’ll be both surprised and moved.
