I really enjoyed this podcast, which explains why it’s so important to have an open mind about history and the need for diversity among the historians who explore the past and tell its stories.

I stumbled across this podcast while searching for something interesting and I’m so glad I did. This is a very interesting and informative few of Asians coming to the americas. But it’s also about finding about your background and how that informs your views of community. Definitely worth a listen!

Great podcast all around, so interesting to learn about this history that is connected to our current day Asian American studies and experience, and to hear about the historian’s personal story. It’s necessary to look at the perspectives of those who write history. Well produced too!
