Who We Are

We are two registered dietitian nutritionists who create bone-protecting nutrition content. We write blogs, produce videos, send email newsletters, and post on social media, so you may know the best foods for the best bones.

Our first book, Advancing to a Healthier You!, is a woman’s guide for nutrition and wellness. We are crafting our second book for women on preserving their bone health with nutrition.

We give you 60 years combined experience along with research to keep you informed so that you can make your ideal nutrition decisions.
