With the efforts of StationJ and partnership with the Palestinian Vision organization, and funding from the Swiss development cooperation; the third round of the project to support ambitious entrepreneurs in the city of Jerusalem was successfully concluded. Job Title: Fundraising Officer Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Jerusalem Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement fundraising strategies aligned with Station J’s mission and goals. • Research and identify potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and philanthropic foundations. • Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors through meetings, calls, and personalized communication. • Plan and organize fundraising events such as galas, charity walks, and auctions. • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and grant applications to secure funding. • Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational needs and objectives. • Maintain a comprehensive database of donors and track all donations using fundraising software. • Monitor fundraising trends and best practices to recommend innovative strategies. • Prepare regular reports on fundraising activities, progress, and outcomes. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field. • Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or donor relations (minimum 2 years preferred). • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. • Excellent research skills • Creative and strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach. • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. • Proficiency in using fundraising software and tools. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. • Knowledge of the local context and ability to engage with donors in the region • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
