We celebrated excellence in student research in Responsible AI at the Center for Responsible AI Forum '24. The SPARK Awards included a poster session, followed by six finalists presenting their work on the main stage during the pitch session. This year’s winners were: ▶ Mariana Duarte (Champalimaud Foundation) for her MSc Scientific Article, "Facilitating Cognitive Synergy: AI’s Ability to Support Collaborative Cognitive Search Strategies". ▶ André Duarte (Instituto Superior Técnico/ INESC-ID & Carnegie Mellon University) for his PhD Scientific Article, "DE-COP: Detecting Copyrighted Content in Language Models Training Data". 👏 Huge congratulations to both winners and to all the students who participated in the SPARK Awards!

👀 Learn how NeuralShift’s Affine AI prevents misinformation in GenAI for legal use
