Portugal is effectively utilizing one of its most valuable natural resources: its vast coastline. The commitment to #offshore wind energy not only contributes to environmental #sustainability but also to the growth of the national #economy, as well as helping to set our country apart as a global example in the energy transition process. According to the Portuguese Renewable Energy Association [ APREN - Associação Portuguesa de Energias Renováveis ] , the first offshore #WindEnergy auction, scheduled for 2025, attracted interest from around 50 companies, which reflects the sector's strong potential. The same association also says that this plan promises to inject up to 1.7 billion euros into the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and create between 5,000 and 13,561 new jobs. More than an entry ticket to a new job, there are #training programmes whose most important contribution is to ensure that professionals get home safely at the end of each day. Due to the risks involved in working with #electricity, Electrical Qualification training is certainly one of them. In this sense, we continue to focus on preparing professionals whose jobs involve working with electricity, tasks which, due to their characteristics, require from professionals and companies a greater commitment to #safety. The Electrical Qualification - NFC 18-510 is essential training for professionals and companies who work on the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and is fundamental for ensuring both the safety and training of technical #staff to carry out tasks in accordance with current technical and safety regulations. Throughout the training, which includes theoretical and practical components, trainees are instructed in important aspects such as the use of individual and collective protection equipment, and minimum safety distances, among others. They are also qualified according to criteria such as risk levels, type of installation, level of intervention in the operation and proximity to energised circuits (levels B0/H0V-B1V/H1V-B2V/H2V Essai-BR-BC/HC/BE/HE). This training is only available for companies and their professionals operating in France.
