Inês joined Como Branco’s team two years ago. Coming from a background in children’s education, Inês always had an eye for party design. This made her the perfect addition to our Event Design team. She created her own business Caracola, catering for turn key services for kids parties. She joins Joana illustration abilities, but it is Inês personality that shines. Her vibrant personality and infectious laughter make her a beloved member of our team. Inês is our operation’s queen, logistics are right up her alley, she's a doer and hates having nothing to do!

Sofia is our youngest team member, and has been part of Como Branco’s family since 2023. Together with Inês, she forms the dynamic Event Design duo. Passionate about music, Sofia is that person that knows every single song lyric in the world and has been to almost every music concert possible. It is impressive! Sofia’s background in interior design and visual merchandising combined with her creative mind, make her a designer by heart. Her attention to detail is borderline obsessive, she dreams big and is always pushing to make the vision a reality. Born in Alentejo, Sofia enjoys celebrating life's joys to the fullest, joining Marta as the foodies on the team.

Hélène joined our team in 2022, bringing her innate planning skills and a passion for weddings to our Event Planning team. Born in France, love brought her to Portugal. She says she loves “the Portuguese hearts” and is the least French person we know. We love to mock her accent, but her Portuguese is way better than our french! So who are we to judge? Attention to detail and excellent communication define Hélène's approach to event planning, making her a pleasure to work with for clients and partners alike. Hélène has a passion about wedding dresses, she even had her own dream of opening a wedding dress boutique some day. Who knows what the future will bring.

Joining Marta as a co-founder of Como Branco, Joana brings a pragmatic approach to event planning, always maintaining a lighthearted perspective. “Never take yourself too seriously” could describe Joana's way of life. Born and raised in Barreiro, the south bank city across Tagus river, her path met Marta’s at the university of Fine Arts in Lisbon, taking the same course Communication Design. She is our very own living encyclopedia, Joana’s is an expert on everything you can buy at the pharmacy, among other things! Aside from her experience in Event Planning Joana’s is an excellent illustrator.

Meet Marta, the heart and soul of Como Branco! Alongside Joana, she co-founded our company 12 years ago and is currently leading the team with passion and dedication. Marta is the creative force behind our Event Design department shaping it with her vision throughout the years. Currently on the role of creative direction, together with Inês and Sofia, they bring Como Branco events to life, infusing them with creativity and elegance. A true foodie with a dry sense of humor, Marta is also a devoted cat lover — so much so that she might momentarily forget her professional duties if a feline friend crosses her path! Born and raised in Lisbon, Marta studied Communication Design at the University of Fine Arts of Lisbon, where she met her future business partners. Marta's journey to event planning began with a passion for creativity, initially aspiring to be graphic designer and professional makeup artist before weddings found her!
