What a ride! 🎢 After ~2 weeks at Infraspeak, here’s a glimpse of what it’s been like so far: 🌟 Biggest onboarding ever 14 incredible new colleagues from around the world came together (huge shoutout to the People & Culture team for making it all happen). 🤝 Inspiring connections In just a short time, I’ve met incredibly talented people who’ve already inspired me in so many ways—like maybe giving paddle a shot this year. 📚 Diving deep From the product to the business, my role, and my mission, I’ve been soaking it all up (and trust me, there’s still sooo much to learn!). 🎉 Epic (and endless) celebrations Props to the event organizers—aka my amazing teammates—who throw out-of-this-world events. Just wish my feet had trained for the marathon of dancing we pulled off! 💡 The main takeaway so far? Infraspeakers walk the talk. Everything I imagined this experience would be is actually better. And the best part? This is just the beginning. Oh, and speaking of beginnings… today, I’m off to one of my favorite cities in Portugal, Viana do Castelo, for a 2-day team building trip. 🏞️ But here’s the fun fact: I like to call myself an “old lady” because I’ve got my set ways—including struggling when it comes to sharing rooms. Surprisingly, this time even my old-lady self is excited about this new experience and the chance to bond even more with my colleagues. After all, what better way to connect than on a trip, right? So yep, sign me in! Let’s do this! 🚀

Last week, the Commercial Southwest Europe team gathered for our 2025 Kickoff, and what a journey it was! From strategy sessions to team-building challenges that tested our unity and problem-solving, I believe we are now more than ready to make 2025 unforgettable. At the heart of it all is #WorkasOne, our guiding motto for 2025. Facilities Management thrives on collaboration, and so do we. Whether it’s aligning with our customers, strengthening partnerships, or supporting one another, this year is about climbing together to reach new heights for Infraspeak. 🏔️💪

Nothing like getting together with the whole Infraspeak European team to come back fully energised! Last week we got the whole European team together to present the different plans for the year and also to celebrate the Series B investment round. It has been two days full of activities, interactions with other teams, and meeting many new people. No doubt 2025 is going to be a great year!
