We are proud to announce the disclosure of the first ESG Report in the Portuguese Junior Enterprise Movement, a landmark that reflects our commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices. This report, developed with the support of Veolia Portugal for environmental metrics and in partnership with Kearney for the social and governance dimensions, highlights the progress made and the strategies we’ll adopt to create a positive and innovative impact in the future. Beyond our first-ever carbon footprint assessment, where it was estimated to have reached 27 tons of CO₂ in 2024, we identified new opportunities to improve and reduce emissions by 25% by 2030. We also dedicated over 650 training hours to our members, with initiatives focused on diversity, volunteering, and social impact. This report marks a milestone in our journey and we are confident that this step will inspire other junior enterprises to embrace a more sustainable and innovative future.
