Lisbon Addictions is a nonprofit multidisciplinary conference that provides both a forum for networking and an opportunity to showcase cutting-edge research. The conference is intended to inform policy development and practice through a better understanding of contemporary issues in addiction science and addictive behaviours. Organisers: EMCDDA and ICAD. Scientific programme co-producers: EMCDDA, SSA, ISSDP, INHSU, EUSPR, EUFAS, WAVE.

🎬 🏆 Curious to know who were the winners of the WAVE Video Contest at #LxAddictions24? Well, wait no longer – here's the lowdown on the 8 winning films: https://lnkd.in/dAYafvCr ⚠️ WAVE received 49 video abstracts in the categories ‘Showcasing innovative science and practice’ and ‘Highlighting impactful lived experience’. ⚠️ After judging,18 videos were shortlisted for discussion at WAVE Cinema sessions at the conference. 3 prizes were given in each category. ⚠️2 special awards were given for 'Community impact' and 'Innovative creative expression'.
