Did you know that Bilbao, apart from being a beautiful city, is on the top of the list for great work conditions? However, it also is the city with the highest #absenteeism rate in Spain. So we flew to Euskadi and joined forces with Calasanz Santurtzi, a professional education center, to capacitate the #employees of tomorrow, today’s higher education students, on better #coping with #MentalHealth and #preventing #burnout, the cause behind several absenteeism cases. It was incredible to witness the student’s excitement when using #Holi, and trying all our #wellbeing and #relaxation strategies, as well as the teachers interest in providing mental health coping tools for their students. We wish to thank IAPMEI, I.P. - Agência para a Competitividade e Inovação for the financial support via the measure Voucher for Startups, which is supporting us on our expansion to Spain. Today is a very special day for us: the #WorldsMentalHealthDay! As you know, we began our journey by providing this preventive care to companies, helping reduce burnout rates - almost by 30% in the first months of usage 🥳 But we believe that quality mental health care should be #globally #accessible, and #preventive care is as crucial (or even more) as treatment! So aiming at having a broader and universal impact: we will soon be launching a new version of our app committed to being available to anyone who wants to #improve and #prevent 🧠 slow holi was created in partnership with Bárbara Taborda, a wellbeing mentor and body-mind practices instructor 👀 stay tuned and be one of the first users to start this happiness and wellbeing journey!
