Day 1 of #AmadeusAltitude25 in Lisbon was filled with insightful presentations and exciting conversations. One of the main themes was optimizing airline transformation to achieve dynamic, traveler-centric retailing. ✈️ ✨ Here are some of the key highlights: ✅British Airways provided insights on its journey towards enhanced retailing capabilities and digital customer experience transformation. American Airlines joined the conversation later in the day and explained why a retailer supplier partnership model is a key value driver for airline retailing. ✅Singapore Airlines shared how Amadeus Revenue Management can drive revenue & transform retailing. ✅With Finnair & CWT we explored how airlines are building success through NDC. Finnair also shared a great success story around the implementation of Offer and Order management capabilities, while ensuring business continuity. ✅Cathay Pacific, Condor & United Airlines shared how the integration of retail transformation and operational efficiency can revolutionize the airline industry. ✅Emirates ran us through how touchless and contactless processing at the airport provides safety, security, and a sophisticated experience for passengers.
