Luminary Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Business Development with a deep knowledge and expertise in the field of digital health. As the Vice President of Business Development, you will play a critical role in driving strategic growth and establishing Luminary Group as a leading provider of digital health solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the digital health sector. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the rapidly evolving field of healthcare technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to promote the adoption of our digital health solutions
  • Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, healthcare systems, and digital health startups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, understanding their needs and aligning our offerings to meet those needs
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the value of our digital health solutions
  • Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and ensure our solutions remain competitive
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the business development team, driving performance and ensuring the achievement of sales targets
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance our brand presence and generate leads
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue projections


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development or sales leadership roles within the healthcare or digital health industry
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in the field of digital health, including understanding of emerging technologies, trends, and market dynamics
  • Proven track record of driving strategic growth, expanding client base, and achieving revenue targets in the digital health sector
  • Strong network of contacts within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, healthcare systems, and digital health startups
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders
  • Extensive experience leading and managing a business development team, with a focus on driving performance and achieving results
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, drive innovation, and differentiate our solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team to achieve their full potential
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
