🌍🐾 Embarking on a Leadership Journey through a Business Safari 🐾🌍 Yesterday, we embarked on an inspiring adventure - a Business Safari with 23 engaged participants from Secil to explore new “species” of ideas in the leadership landscape. Throughout the day, we visited various sites that challenged us to think differently, observe with curiosity, and step outside our comfort zones. Each stop provided opportunities to discover fresh perspectives, innovative practices, and transformative ways of leading. This Safari, part of Nova SBE Executive Education's ongoing leadership program, triggered conversations, observations, and reflections, reaffirming the importance of learning through exploration and the power of collaboration. 🎉 What a Journey! 𝗪𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗽 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗫🌟   Yesterday marked the grand finale of 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗫 with an inspiring 𝗣𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, where our fearless students showcased their groundbreaking solutions to a distinguished jury panel. 🚀💡   Over the past 𝟭𝟬 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀, this one-of-a-kind 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁 brought together creative minds, life-centered innovation methodologies, and real-world challenges presented by our incredible corporate partners: Grupo Brisa/Via Verde, NOS SGPS, Banco Primus, Schréder Hyperion, ZEISS Group, and SOGRAPE. 💥 What a day! Yesterday, we completed a 16-hour Hackathon dedicated to Revolutionizing Operations through Gen AI, organized for Pingo Doce in partnership with LTP Labs.   The energy, creativity, and commitment shown by every participant were nothing short of inspiring. We saw multidisciplinary teams diving deep into the world of generative AI, exploring its potential to tackle real-world operational challenges - the ideas were fresh, bold, and impactful.   🔍 Why Gen AI in Operations? With generative AI rapidly evolving, it’s opening new doors for efficiency and innovation.
