Hotel surpreendentemente chique pelo preço. Não comemos em nenhum dos restaurantes do hotel, mas usamos a lavanderia, o que foi ótimo. A localização pode parecer distante no começo, mas é muito fácil sair da ilha. Minha recomendação é que, se você quiser uma vista mais clara do mar, precisa estar acima do andar 20. Caso contrário, eu ficaria aqui novamente!

the one that i booked earlier is a bit small for the price. they should upgrade that room. they have 360 view but unfortunately toilet is so weird. so i have to upgrade a new room which is they charge me for $120 . although is big room and spacious and cozy but they should give us more discount bcos were not happy the room of 1st one and yet we paid for $450 for 2 nights only. and yet their tv need to upgrade too. everyone using smart tv now and still they have the old version, which is u need to pay for additional charge for just to wtach netflix imagine paying for that much for the room and yet additional payment for the kit for netflix so u can watch? hotel shoul provide that free. even cheapest hotel used smart tv how come they still used the old model one who will watch just tv now adays. so in total we paid for $590 just to feel comfortable and yet just for 36hrs . im a bit upset but glad i decided to to upgrade the room. thats the view that i had in my room its good but still pls upgrade the service too.

stay 7 nights! The hotel already impressed me on check-in as staffs informed me they fulfilled all my requests where I requested in my booking. helpful staff, great location, magnificent view, and cleanliness all plus. The only feedback is no waldrop for our 3bedroom.

Great location in a quiet area if you want to go around Yeongdo. Several bus stops within 5-10min walk to go anywhere around Busan (〜1h to Haeundae). The window view was not that good from my 6th floor ocean view room, but v clean and the bed super comfy. The biggest minus for me was that the shower is in the bathroom next to the toilet seat so the toilet and floor gets wet inevitably. There is a convenience store and cafe on the 1st floor, you can also order out pizza from the 3rd floor to eat in your room.  If you like posh coffee, go to Momos coffee 5min away.

We got an Ocean's view room and got a beautiful viee of the harbour from the 19th floor. Small details like power sockets being traveller friendly and a comfortable working desk for doing some work was helpful too. TV was not a smart TV but that's totally fine as we didn't get a room just to watch TV.

Clean room, decent room space for a 3D2N stay. Need to walk a distance from metro. Nice view. Shower and toilet are separated. There’s a e mart right below. Front desk helped to book taxi and payment will be by cash to the driver. Overall happy with the stay and will consider to come back again.

Location - near to Busan station (10 minutes taxi ride or 20 minutes bus ride + a little walking). It's also near to Gamcheon Culture Village (30 minutes bus ride). Lotte Department Store is walking distance of 10 minutes or a bus ride of 5 minutes. Evening time, you can see stalls laid up selling cooked seafood - many locals will eat and drink there (we didn't try as we were too full). Just next to the hotel, there's a Emart convenience shop but if you walk about 50m down the street, there is S25 convenient shop which I find the things are much cheaper. If you wish to grab a coffee, there is a "Blue Shak" cozy cafe within 50m. This area is less touristy. Service - The receptionists can speak English but I felt they could be more friendlier. We unforeseen our small sized luggage to be spoilt and requested to be thrown away at check out but was told that they do not have a disposal bin. I understand South Korea has a strict disposal system but given such a big property, they could at least help because we travellers can't just dispose things anywhere. The receptionist reluctantly helped after I insisted. The Housekeeping was excellent, clean room throughout stay. Room - Good size. I booked a triple room (Ondol - floor bedding) but was given 3 real beds instead. I did not pursue further as I checked in late (11pm+) and it was 2 nights. The bed was too soft for me. View of the room was partial ocean and port. Overall, a good stay but I will not return to this hotel. I am a hotelier but I do not expect sky high services because service line can be hard at times. The receptionists at both check in and check out didn't gave me a warm feeling - didn't felt as welcome like a traveller.

The view is good and bed is clean. The room is comfortable. My friend and i had a great vacation here.

Good hotel and good service We have a lot of fun during this tour.

The experience I had was very good. The entrance is a little hidden and the breakfast lacks in variety but overall it's an awesome Hotel with an even better view.

"I'm a bit disappointed as we extended our stay for one more day in this hotel but in a different room, and we are unable to check in early. Even though we are just moving rooms, we have to wait from 11 am to 3 pm. We understand that the staff are following hotel policy, but our situation is unique. Moreover, we made the request 2 days in advance."

The location is pretty far away from the city centre. And the room setting is old and the view is not good. The staff is nice and helpful.

10-15min walk from Nampo station, ~20min walk from BIFF Square and Jagalchi Market. I had a very comfortable stay here with the best views. Love the cafe on the 27th floor too!
