It was nice, the staffs are accomodating except that they don't allow early check-in. ☺️

The breakfast was decent that you would get a chance to try the traditional hand made Thai tea and coffee.  Foods; cooked dishes, fruits and vegetables, were fresh and delicious.

Hotel lobby looks grand and ok. location was also not that bad. Just that the hotel room aircon was not cold at all, feedback but nothing was done. Hotel consider pretty old

The hotel is old. Ask for a room facing the pool. Otherwise, you will have a lot of noise from the road. The pillows were extremely thick and hard. The breakfast, though, was great.

Good cheap option for backpacking, very outdated inside but great breakfast and nice lobby area, didn’t need much more, enjoyed our stay!

Great location very close to the famous clock tower. . The hotel is a little dated but absolutely fine. . Very good value for money. . Many good bars and restaurants nearby.

Shows its age, but a good value in the center of Chiang Rai. Lots of food choices right outside.

Old hotel but everything works fine for us. Swimming a bit dirty maybe due to low season

Great location and value for money. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel. Booking includes 2 breakfast each day. I was travelling by myself and stayed for 2 nights. I was leaving in the early morning hours on the last day for the low boat to Luang Prabang and requested a packed lunch instead. The front counter staff provided conflicting answers saying ‘yes, they will do it’s’ then ‘no they can’t do it’! Nonetheless, a simple pack lunch was provided. It was very much appreciated. Thank you very much.
