The suite is spacious and clean! It’s about 15 mins walk from the station (Firenze SMN) and very close to the main attraction. Lady in the reception is SUPER nice and helpful. She answered WhatsApp promptly even if it’s late. She also recommended some good restaurants nearby (Restaurant La Ménagère is great, atmosphere is chill). We enjoyed the stay, thank you Residence Hilda!

比較推薦，只是沒有停車場，不過就在隔壁收費那種，比較靠譜，房間很大。適合多人。就是晚上中午沒前台，溝通英語還可以

衞生很好，位置很方便，冬天暖氣也很夠，服務人員很友善。如果回佛羅倫薩旅遊一定會再考慮。

這個旅店非常高大上，套間非常寬敞高大，衞生間都是新裝修的，非常乾淨，飯廳廚房間炊具齊全廚台乾淨整齊；睡房敞亮舒適。房間裏裝飾了許多水彩畫，畫風清淡高雅，我拍了幾幅風景畫。非常喜歡這套房間。強烈推薦這家旅店。

Excelente acomodação! Fui com minha esposa,mas era tão grande que daria 4 pessoas tranquilamente. Apartamento bem localizado,limpissimo, com todas as comodidades que você precisará. Certamente quando voltar a cidade ficarei novamente nele...

HIGHLY recommend Residence Hilda! Valentina went above and beyond with warm hospitality, we got an upgraded room, and the location is just wonderful, in walking distance to everything in the heart of Florence. We would definitely stay here again!

Wow, what a great apartment in super location! Add to this Valentina and her marvellous team and we don't believe you could find better accommodation in all of Florence, definitely a ***** plus. Thank you Valentina for making our stay so memorable. The details, The apartment was really good, it had space, all the equipment we needed, and was very comfortable & stylishly furnished. Valentina was very welcoming and helpful, as were the other staff members, their only objective was for the guests to have a great time. Always on hand to give tips or advice on places to visit, restaurants and happy to make bookings on our behalf. We arrived when reception was closed, so had some concerns this may have been an issue but it couldn't have been easier. We spoke to Valentina on the phone and she electronically unlocked the doors for us, and we were in our apartment within 2 minutes of arriving at the front door. The location is great for all the sites while being away from noisy cars so quiet and peaceful. We would thoroughly recommend anyone visiting Florence to stay at Residence Hilda, They would not be disappointed.

We (a family of 3) stayed at Hilda Residence for 4 nights in December and were impressed with the high quality of the apartment, the location and the service of the staff. The amenities in the well spaced apartment made our stay comfortable and memorable. Prices were very reasonable considering what you are getting. I would go back again if I’m in Florence again.
