Hotel check in was swift. Amenities are good. Food choices can be improved. Overall experience was good

Staying at Forest City Marina Hotel for a holiday is what me and my partner want for. A quiet and clean environment to relax ourselves, no need to think about what to eat as the hotel did offer breakfast and one option on lunch (OR) dinner. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout. I’d happily return for another stay! Thanks to the hotel who prepare the surprise to our stay - a cute “cake” for my partner birthday.

Warm service from the team. Dinner spread tho limited was very delicious. Breakfast had a wider spread, taste was average but good enough. Had lots of family activities but unfortunately we went on a Monday when the water park was closed. Swimming pool could be better maintained - water was murky. No towel or water provided at the gym. View from room was great, room is huge, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was larger than most hotel stays, comes with a bathtub too which was a plus. Surrounding mall is rather empty and most merchants weren’t opened. However, overall a good stay for at most 2 nights, especially for those with kids.

Stay 31st Aug, see what happened as below; - after 8pm reception no pick up phone at all, big joke. - after 8pm room service no available, big joke. - go to swimming pools need to check in the towel, only allow two pieces per room?????? - free renting bike cycle for one hour but need to proof, receptionist saying only need to proof room number, end up need to wait clarify saying no have phone connect to receptionist. The big joke is bike cycle poor maintenance………….

The room floor was quite dirty 😅..making our feet dusty..but the room is very spacious and well decorated..love the view except the balcony was dusty too 😅 the breakfast was ok..but they do offer free lunch thus make it wort it.. The waterpark was nice and kids will definitely love this hotel 🙂

Place is so beautiful and not crowded. Fantastic sea view in our room. The food are delicious! Pool is clean and big. The only downside is when you call for housekeeping never come until the other day.

Hotel room is fine except the room we had had a few issues. 1. Door frame n door requires maintenance. 2. Fridge freezer melted causing pool of water on the floor. 3. Aircon requires maintenance as it causing loud noises. Sounded scary. 4. Unsure how the sound came about from balcony. It was only the last day before we check out. The echo sound made by the wind that hits some part causing the howl sound. Started off in the morning and throughout the morning even thought we checked and shut the balcony door properly. 5. Complimentary dinner was quite a disappointment. 6. Complimentary water park is for kids only. 7. Swimming pool for adult has no water.

I love staying at this hotel! Back at it again and will definitely come back for another relaxing trip. Pool is clean, room is big and clean, good spread of breakfast.

Free Breakfast, dinner, 2h cycling, 4 water parks tickets . 2N3D family package for 150SGD is a steal. Not to mention duty free alcohol, beach bar, Bristo, Mary brown ...had a blast without breaking the bank . This is like Singapore sentosa without the crowds ...please support the hotel n forest city. Better than going to Batam

The service is top-notch! This staycation was for our anniversary. They set up the room with the beautiful swans and sent a surprise cake. I was so touched and impressed! The room is spacious with wonderful view of the sea. Able to see Tuas, Singapore across the sea. Front desk Lisa and Carine are friendly and welcoming. The down side would be there isn’t any eateries or shops nearby. 2 KK marts, 2 duty free shops. Not a racist but there are many local and FT Indians who played really loud music at the beach at night, where we could still hear on the 10th level. They are big customers at the duty free shops, purchasing cartons of beer. Understand that they are also having a good time too ◡̈ Highly recommended ◡̈

Room & Wash Room very clean like new. Outside playground, water park , beach r good.

Second time we have stayed in this hotel. We have a great stay. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Nice sea view from the room, can also view the sun rise in the morning. Good place to relax and enjoy the weekend.

Nice place for relex but limited food selection and town is quite far from here

Hotel was pretty Bed was comfortable is helpful and nice Location is far from town is better if u can drive there or with taxi or grab Place to improve: There is alot of ants crawling around the bed frame and on the wall as stated by other reviewer too Overall experience 9/10 Will be back again
