Great for small trip with family, ola are available for City travel.
Food and cleaness is perfect! Surely an accor property is known for it.

Quite average service considering it is ibis. The staff is really slow to respond with some being rude and unbothered at times. Blatantly refusing bellboy services and asking us to carry our own luggage. Breakfast was good. Guards were really helpful though. Ample parking space. Rooms are a bit small but manageable.

I stayed for 2 nights here. The hotel service is really poor. They take a lot of time if asked anything. Even after providing soft copy of IDs they ask for copy of digilocker and argue i have seen this first time on any hotel. They didnt provided cancellation for second day. Also the rooms are very small here and the bathroom is worst it is like a bathroom in airplane and very small in size. Even there was a small cockroach in the room. The construction quality was also not good even if someone closes door from other rooms we can feel the wall bed shaking in our room. No one helps to transfer luggage it is self assisted. After paying almost 3.5k per night i didnt felt this hotel worthy.

Terrible experience! This place is completely dishonest when it comes to room allocation. They promised me a back-facing room, but when I checked in, it was something entirely different. The rooms are ridiculously small with bare minimum amenities. Their service is pathetic-slow and unresponsive. Every time I called the front office, they acted clueless and ignored my concerns. For every request, they gave the same robotic response: “We’ll check and update you,” but I’m still waiting for any sort of update. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your money and peace of mind!

We stayed at ibis Hinjewadi for around 4 months. We experienced very good service right from the housekeeping to security, restaurant and reception. In the initial one month there was some reluctance from the restaurant and reception services. But after feedback and suggestions they corrected themselves and adopted good and quick changes. Housekeeping team is as always good with their work. Bajrang, mahesh, sopan, Keshav, Yogi, and all other members were very helpful and quick in service. Yuvraj, Anil and chandan are very helpful guys from security team. Vaibhav, Samaksh and Madhura are very polite and helpful and handle reception very well. Milind, Sachin, Shreyas, Mrinmay, Gautam and Mihir from restaurant team were always ready for our adhoc requests. Chef Ankush used to suggest special dishes and prepare for us which were very delicious. Unfortunately he left ibis a few days back. Also we had very good experience with the leads of their respective departments Riddhi, Jigar, Shinde ji, Soniyo. Thank you ibis for providing us such a wonderful and comfortable stay. We didn't get much time to interact with newly joined operation manager Mohan. But even in short interaction he looked promising to us.

Food was really good and amazing.. Haveing variety of dishes and mainly they had most of the south indian foods … Its feel good and they properly served their food.. places are neat and clean. Rooms are very good and nice view. Provided transport facilities as well Thanks for service :rajendran

Good experience. bajrang Was one of the very helpful housekeeping staff . The rooms are well maintained and the rooms service is time to time and smooth . Housekeeping absolutely perfect thanks to bajrang, Manoj, sopan , Keshav to beautiful decoration in room.

IBIS HINJEWADI REVIEW 1. We had booked 4 rooms on the way to Panchgani, we stayed overnight 2. Decent budget hotel 3. Small room but covered all amenities like kettle , locker, cupboard and a nice tiny toilet with shower( reminder of toilets in a cruise) 4. Good breakfast with Sudharshan and Mrinmou taking care 5. Great benefit being ACCOR PLUS member with 10% discount UPTO 3 rooms and reward points 6. We could get our earlier reward points , with Atharv at the reception 7. The hotel is in Hinjewadi with all IT companies and ample car parking 8. Ideal budget hotel on the way to Panchgani or MAHABLESHWAR for a comfortable stay , just 10 minutes from end of expressway!!

The stay was so comfortable and staff was so cooperative, especially Atharva and Gouri at the reception helped us a lot. The breakfast was so delicious and there were plenty of options. I would like to suggest one thing that the room service can be improved a little bit as it was quite slow. we would love to visit again.
