To stay at Xiamen’s tallest building, especially at this price, is just amazing. Waking up to views of the city and the surrounding mountains is a lovely start to the day. The room is spacious, and I would love to have sat down to have tea while watching the sky change. Below the apartment is a mall, so you literally have everything at your feet. Do contact the property before arriving!

Cozy stay with a superb view and location!! Totally recommended as a first timer to Xiamen and would stay again if we visit again. Owner and staffs were very kind and helpful with all queries. Even though the room is not big, there are two big cabinets with storage space enough to fit our luggage.

The directions given are for taking taxi and if you’re driving, you have to park near the residence lift lobby. Parking is on the expensive side. Location and view of the residence is good. But the registration procedure for foreigners is tedious especially for huge group. I hope the owner can make things easier by just taking photo of our documents instead of filling the complicated form with facial recognition required. Condition of the residence is acceptable and the operator has helped to topup the towel and slippers as they did not give sufficient amount initially.

Pretty easy to check-in. Just make sure to communicate to the owner! The room was clean and the view was ok. I think the rooms facing the water would be the best.

The view was amazing and the room was really big! Everything was clean and the service staff was very nice as well! The location is really nice to walk from and explore Xiamen.

Bed: noisy, unclean, some bugs are there. Skin itchy after insect bite. Not happy with this. 4 of us, all got skin rashes. Door: no sound proof, no privacy. Otherwise: ok.

The location of the hotel is perfect: close to the sea, ShaPoWei art street , Xiamen university campuses. The views from the 60th floor are breathtaking. There’s a very prompt and friendly service . The only downside is the cleanliness of the room…. Yet the beds are clean and comfy. Also bear in mind that there’s a rooftop lounge on the same floor and it gets noisy at night , so if you’re a light sleeper like me, consider bringing ear plugs) But for the price you pay and the location I suppose it’s not a problem .

Very sparse apartment. Beds are hard. Provided disposable towels of 1 pc per day per pax. Not enough if you shower twice a day like us. Did not make up bed daily & cleanliness not super but passable

The view at night is great, the location is perfect. The check in was smooth. Good value for money.

There was one major issue which is there is constantly a large banging sound that appears at night. I can feel the shock from it. This makes it hard to get good sleep.
