A 54-year-old female underwent an unsuccessful intraoperative attempt and two unsuccessful ERCPs to remove 3 biliary stones, each greater than 1.2cm. She was referred to Dr. Sharma who treated the patient by performing a cholangioscopy to directly visualize and evaluate the stones, and then fragment with EHL for successful removal.
