Our Steel Fabrication Division is looking for the following positions.
1. QAQC Engineer
Engineering Bachelor Ensure knowledge of preparation of ITP, MST, MAR, Quality Control Plan. Ensure adequate knowledge of ASTM, ISO, BN standard required for fabrication industry. Prior to the commencement of Works, review & understand the relevant Project specifications and drawings. Understand the welding 7 Painting requirement. Witness, Review and Approval of WPS, PQR and Welder Qualification according to Project requirements. Witnessing of blasting, painting, DFT check and Adhesion Test. Witness mechanical testing/PT/MT/RT/UT and reviewed the test reports. Candidates should qualify in CSWIP 3.1 welding inspector.
Experience - 5 years & Above
2. Painting- Supervisor / Inspector
Minimum Required Certification - NACE Level 2 or above, Steel Structures & Cladding Painting and Code Knowledge - NACE, BS SSPC, TWI, Codes relevant to scope of work.
Experience in Oil & Gas.
3. Painting- Foreman
Candidate should have BGAS Steel Structures & Cladding Painting
Experience - 5 years & Above
4. Material Preparation Supervisor
Candidate should have known all kind of the CNC machines in cut and drill Heavy structural industries, Fabrication of piping, vessels, and tanks & PEB
Experience - 5 years in steel fabrication
5. Fabrication Foreman
Experience in cutting, fitting, welding, machining, fabrication of massive quantities of handrails and stairs, pressure vessels, and tanks. Solid knowledge of drawings, layout, equipment, machines, tools, and tackles for heavy fabrication, forming, plate rolling, hydraulic press, and jacking. Knowledge of codes and standards. Knowledge of EOT crane handling, turning, tilting, and fabricating heavy structures. Experience in fabrication of materials, including CS, SS, LAS, in accordance with ITP, procedures. Familiar with daily production reports, tools, and consumption records, daily requisitions for materials and consumables, inspection and recordkeeping. Should speak English. Diploma in mechanical is a plus. Heavy structural industries, Fabrication of piping, vessels, and tanks & PEB.
Experience 5 years’ Experience in steel fabrication
6. Welding Foreman
Understanding of different welding processes SMAW, FCAW, MOIG/MAG, TIG & SAW, Understanding of ASME, AWS, and BS, required weld map, welding symbols, and welding configurations Heavy structural industries, Fabrication of piping, vessels, and tanks & PEB.
knowledge of different types of welding materials CS, SS,LAS, and Aluminum and the related NDT and DT requirements. Knowledge of welding equipment tools and tackles, maintenance and spares.
Experience 5 years in steel fabrication.
7. General Supervisor with 10 experiences in Steel Fabrication.
8. Election- General Supervisor with 5 years experience in Oil and Gas building erection.
