Exactly two years ago, #Qatar proudly hosted what many hailed as the "#Best #Football #WorldCup #Ever"! This incredible event offered visitors an unforgettable experience of the Arab world, showcasing vibrant energy, stunning stadiums, and our renowned hospitality. To celebrate this special anniversary, I wanted to share these #visualizations of spectators' travel routes to the opening and final matches. These insights were made possible by our extensive network of 400+ #IoT #Road #Sensors at Qatar Mobility Innovations Center (QMIC), collecting hundreds of millions of data points to produce these fascinating visuals. As can be seen, some spectators traveled directly from the airport on the same day and returned home after the match! Additionally, during the course of the event, some spectators managed to attend #three #matches in a #single #day! #qmic #qatar2022 #FIFAWorldCup
