We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jacopo Bruni as Director of Food and Drinks, effective October 13, 2024. Jacopo brings a wealth of global experience in the food and beverage industry, having held key leadership positions at various prestigious and major luxury hotel brands. His expertise spans mixology, pastry and savory arts, as well as high-volume production and Michelin-starred dining. Throughout his career, Jacopo has led successful pre-opening projects and developed signature concepts. His proven ability in cost analysis, training, and intellectual property management has been instrumental in his success. With a strong academic background, including Food & Beverage Management from eCornell University and a Master's in Italian Cuisine. Please join us in welcoming Jacopo. We are confident that his leadership will further enhance our F&B operations and contribute to our ongoing success.
