Stacy Chacko joins Rest of World as Head of People & Culture
Chacko brings a wide range of global people management experience to this new role.
Rest of World is thrilled to announce that Stacy Chacko joins the team this week as our Head of People & Culture.
Stacy’s approach to global HR centers on creating a cohesive and inclusive workplace for employees, while honoring the distinctive qualities of each individual and region – championing the diversity of perspectives worldwide.
Prior to joining Rest of World, Stacy was a member of the Hillspire and Schmidt Futures teams where she contributed and led both HR and recruiting initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. At Domino Data Lab, she built the technical University Recruiting program in both the United States and India. At Navan (formerly known as TripActions), she grew the Go-to-Market function across 5 global offices and led the Talent Team task force for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Stacy holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California. She lives in Brooklyn, and is based out of our NYC headquarters where she reports to Rest of World‘s Chief Operating Officer, Eli Berger.
