Human trials by oral ingestion have shown a possible boost in NAD as well as the studies in mice, people translate to all kinds of wonderful positive things...the reality is though, more than likely it's placebo effects as the boost in NAD doesn't translate to improved anything in human trials....

It's a wonderful full spectrum vitamin complex however my guess is my body doesn't need any more 'correcting' :) Yesterday I isolated taking my ONE capsule without any other supplements and waited to feel any reaction... It didn't take but a couple of hours to realize my body didn't need it! Off to the ladies room I went and had to stay for quite awhile. Reversitrol is an amazing complex vitamin though...Thank you

In my opinion it does not meet its efficacy promise, though it might work in mice. In looking for a better tablet than Statins, I tried 90 days of this and subsequent phlebotomy showed no real change. I acknowledge I eat a very health diet and follow a fitness regime that puzzled my Doctors, who had missed sub critical LAD coronary problem numerous times & could not understand why my cholesterol LDL was high. An expensive venture, I will return to Beta Sitosterol's.

It appears this is a great supplement for mice. I haven't noticed anything that I can attribute to this supplement after a month of use.

I have been taking 300mg of nicotinamide riboside chloride regularly for about a year (less regularly for some time previously). I haven't noticed any 'overnight' changes. However since I began taking it regularly I notice that my blood pressure is in a more acceptable range. I do take blood pressure medicine but that medicine only lowered my blood pressure a bit. After the addition of nicotinamide riboside chloride to my routine, my blood pressure was more consistently lower then with just the... blood pressure medicine alone. I'm attributing this lower blood pressure to regular use of nicotinamide riboside chloride, but I'm not a researcher so----. Also I seem to have more energy, but my energy was really low and this is a very subjective observation. For me it's worth continuing. I have noticed no bad side effects. I think the brand I use (Tru Niagen) is pretty expensive, but it appears to have been heavily researched and 'backed by 2 Nobel Prize Winners' which gives me confidence in it. Read More Read Less

If you have a cognitive impairment and took two softgels for 1500mg and I got mentally sick for two days! Keep dosage down to 300 mg. Also consult your doctor about possible interactions with medications.

71 year old was short on energy and was worrying about mental fog. Wife and I have been taking 300mg daily for 2 months. For me, I have a definite improvement in energy level. I get more done. Memory and clarity is improved. Wife does not notice improvement, but does not notice anything bad.

I use a Nicotinamide Riboside Supplement by a brand called Nadiol.  I take Nicotinamide Riboside along with NMN Nicotinamide Mononucleotide. Both products are proven to boost NAD and work well together. I also combine these with Resveratrol as it works synergistically with the NMN. My overall experience was very positive! I do recommend trying these

I have been taking it for years and my skin is "Thicker". I had suffered with very thin, fragile skin. I got cut very easily and needed lots of band aides. At 50 my skin was a fragile as my 75 year old Mom's. Now my skin is much better, it doesn't look translucent and you can't see all of my veins. My wife tried it, but it caused digestive issues for her.
