General FAQs Do I need to download or install anything to get started? No, nothing! We're cloud-based, so just sign up and get going. Access your account from any device at any time and your data is automatically backed up and protected. Are there minimum system requirements to use Rezdy? We're on the cloud, not your computer, so Rezdy suits any device running a modern browser. We recommend Google Chrome, but Internet Explorer 9 and above, or the latest versions of Firefox and Safari are fine too. Not sure what version you're on? Check your browser here Do you offer any training or support? Naturally! We offer live training webinars to help you get set up for success, an extensive selection of 'on demand' guides and resources both at our help hub and in the app, and ongoing support as you need it. We've got your back. How long am I stuck in a contract? Wait a second, we're not out to trap you. Our plans are fully flexible so rather than annual subscriptions, you pay by the month and can cancel anytime. Is there a limit on how many users/staff accounts I can have? Goodness, no. The more team members you have on the same booking platform, the better for your business. We'd never make you pay more to give staff access, unlike *ahem* some of our competitors. Does your pricing include GST for subscribers in Australia? Booking fees are inclusive of GST. Subscription fees are exclusive. Where can I find your privacy policy? The non-techy answer is that we can't do what we do unless we keep the data of you and your customers safe. We take every step to protect any personal information transmitted via our online products and services, including credit card information. All our information systems employees and contractors are required to respect the confidentiality of all personal information we hold. Tell me more about how you keep my data secure The techy answer is that transactions are secured by 128 bit SSL encryption to encode the data we transmit, keeping it confidential. Our servers are deployed to Amazon Web Services (AWS), a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant provider that provides certified infrastructure for storing, processing and transmitting credit card information. Starting is absolutely free—we offer a 21-day trial so you can get set up and see if Rezdy is right for you. After that, choose a plan that offers the functionality you need. Our Booking Software provides tools for tours, activities, attractions and experiences to manage. If you're interested in simply reselling, join the Rezdy Marketplace and search 1000s of experiences across the globe that you can connect with, negotiate your commissions, and increase your content. Can I access Rezdy when I don’t have internet service? Because Rezdy is designed to show real-time availability to customers and partners, an internet connection is required. If you get disconnected or your internet service is interrupted, please wait until the connection is stable before reconnecting. Does the Rezdy booking software offer flexibie close off bookings for upcoming sessions? The choice is yours. Rezdy allows operators to choose when they want to close off bookings for upcoming sessions. Whether you need a long cut off period to manage your staff and operations before the session or are able to take bookings right up until the session departs, you're in control and can manage that all within Rezdy. Rezdy Booking Software How does the 21-day trial work? It's just like having a Rezdy account, but without any commitment whatsoever. Set up actual products, add Rezdy's booking engine to your website, take live bookings... When you see what Rezdy can do for you, naturally you can officially activate your account any time and still enjoy the full 21 days free. Of course, if you decide Rezdy isn't for you, it won't cost a dime. What happens at the end of my free trial? Well, unless you want to join us and grow your business, nothing. If Rezdy (or the timing) isn't right for you, that's it. We take no payment details and you're under no obligation. The free trial is to show you what we can do, not trap you into a contract. In fact, that's why we don't have annual contracts, just monthly subscriptions you can cancel at any time. I haven’t launched my business yet. Is it worth me doing a trial? To get the most out of your trial, you will need to have experiences/products you wish to sell, pricing, a calendar of availability and such to populate fields in our application and see how the software works. Without these in place, it will be difficult for you to see during a trial what Rezdy could do for you. Rezdy offers highly competitive and flexible plans start from $49 per month, with low booking fees of 2% or even lower depending on which plan is right for you. Will Rezdy’s software work with my existing website? Of course. Does Rezdy have a booking quota? No, never. We want Rezdy to be right for every kind of tour and travel business, so our plans let you take as many (or as few) bookings as you want. Payment gateway fee is a percentage-based fee that you pay to your payment gateway to authorise an online transaction.Booking fee is a percentage of your booking revenue that you pay to your booking system every time a booking or transaction is made.Monthly subscription fee is a standard monthly fixed fee you’d pay to your booking system, similar to what you’d pay to use Spotify or Netflix. Is it easy to connect with new agents and resellers with Rezdy Channel Manager? Sure is! Once you've set up your profile with your products, availability and prices, simply search and select agents and send a connection request. They will receive an alert with your details and off you go! What kinds of agents will I be able to connect with? The Marketplace features agents of all sizes and all around the world - from large OTAs such as GetYourGuide, Expedia, Booking.com through to local agents and hotel concierges and everything in between. Can I act as an agent as well as a supplier? Yes you can. If you're a tour operator, hotelier, tourist information centre etc, you can act as an agent. With Rezdy Channel Manager, you can search for other suppliers near you, and then connect to either resell their products at market rates (agreed commission rates) or negotiate your own agreed rates. I am using a different booking software. Can I still access resellers through Rezdy Channel Manager? Yes! There are two ways you can access Rezdy Channel Manager software independently of Rezdy Booking Software: you can choose to access alongside your existing platform with a separate log in, or to link your booking system through RezdyConnect API. Our easy-to-use software is all about flexibility. Accept full payment, take a deposit or require nothing at all—you decide. Can I take bookings in different currencies? Sure, how does 90 different currencies sound to you? Do you offer payment processing? Yes, because we want you to make money. Payment processing integrates with your bank account, seamlessly connecting to over 20 popular global payment solutions. If you want the functionality to accept online credit card payments, you will need to have a payment gateway. Payment gateways allow businesses to accept both online and in person credit card and debit card payments by securely authorizing the customer’s card details before transferring the confirmed amount of money to the merchant’s bank account. They also allow for refunds. Which payment gateway should I choose? The answer will ultimately depend on your business and what kind of features you need to support your backend internal processes.
