AROBS Group announces the initiation of the merger process, targeting the absorption of three companies acquired by the group over the past three years: AROBS Engineering, Berg Software, and Nordlogic Software. Voicu Oprean, CEO & Founder of AROBS, stated, “The process takes place in an economic and market context that requires a strategic approach to streamlining operations and enhancing the group’s competitiveness. The integration of the activities of these three companies into AROBS Transilvania Software will generate multiple benefits, such as increased operational efficiency by eliminating administrative redundancies and fully integrating infrastructure and processes. Moreover, the merger will simplify the group structure, facilitating strategic decision-making and resource management. Reducing operational costs through optimized procedures and leveraging existing synergies is another important benefit, along with improving our market position in terms of financial strength and our ability to deliver state-of-the-art software services”. AROBS aims to create a unified operational structure that maximizes the resources, expertise, and synergies of the group’s companies. The initiation of the merger process coincides with the third anniversary of AROBS’s listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange / Bursa de Valori Bucuresti (BVB), a period marked by accelerated group growth organically and through 10 M&A transactions. At AROBS, we’re proud to continue supporting education through the AROBS Foundation. One of the projects we’re thrilled to back is "Marea Aventură Digitală" a competition organized by Logiscool România, where young minds develop essential skills like logic, creativity, and problem-solving while working with technology. 🧠💡 This year, six teams were recognized and rewarded for their efforts. We’re privileged to contribute to introducing children to technology in a healthy, constructive way—building a foundation for lifelong learning and innovation. 

We are pleased to inform you that AROBS Systems, 100% owned by #AROBS Group, has signed a significant contract with the National House of Public Pensions Romania as part of an association with Wing Leading Edge.  During the 17 months of the contract, the association will provide services for developing and implementing a new integrated information system for the national institution. AROBS Systems holds a 40% share of the association. The contract's total value amounts to 109,931,387.31 lei, excluding VAT. Today, we celebrate a significant milestone: three years since AROBS's listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange / Bursa de Valori Bucuresti (BVB). Since December 6, 2021, we've reached remarkable achievements, including the 2023 transfer to the Main Market and the 2024 completion of the largest capital increase by a tech company on the BVB. "Looking back on the three years since our listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, we can see how this pivotal moment allowed us to turn capital market opportunities into tangible results for the company. The transfer to the Main Market and the success of this year's share capital increase have consolidated our position in the IT&C industry locally and regionally, providing us with the resources needed to accelerate international expansion, identify new acquisition opportunities, and invest in innovation.[…] I cannot overlook the fact that this week we reached a negative milestone in AROBS' history[…]. This decline reflects investors' lack of confidence in the business environment and the growth prospects of the IT sector amid factors such as political instability in Romania and the geopolitical situation in Ukraine. While this context may seem to have erased three years of progress from a capital market perspective, the reality is that the AROBS Group is stronger and healthier than it was three years ago, making us confident that we are on the right path and prepared for new opportunities."– Voicu Oprean, founder & CEO AROBS.
