🌿 Yesterday we've planned and organized the first-ever workshop on Transformative Labs for one or more nature-based solutions to be designed and implemented in NatalieProject in #Bucharest. The Romanian project partners aim at preserving biodiversity in Văcărești Nature Park and Children's World Park 🌳✨ , part of the District #4 in #Bucharest, #Romania. 👉 Together with experts, local communities and other important stakeholders, we disscussed about hazards and risks around us, part of innovative strategies to protect and enhance these urban green spaces. The AlternativeWaterResources4Climate (AWR4Climate) Cluster, of which our AWARD_HEU project is a part, is thrilled to announce its Kickoff Meeting. This event will introduce the three collaborative projects—MARCLAIMED, RECREATE, and AWARD_HEU—working together to create impactful solutions for alternative water resources.   The meeting will present the cluster's structure and expected outcomes, with a focus on identifying synergies that may spark innovative solutions. The agenda includes a two-hour session featuring insights from EC officers on the EU policy needs, project presentations, and a discussion to outline potential future actions for the cluster. 🌍💧 We’re are happy to announce the 3-rd Community of Practice event in the AquaSPICE Project, focusing on advancing Circular Economy in the Water Sector. This event organized today, brought together researchers, students and industry experts to tackle pressing water management challenges and share sustainable solutions for the #Bacau city. Our discussions focused on reducing water usage, promoting water reuse, and improving efficiency in industrial and community settings. Through hands-on workshop and collaborative problem-solving sessions, participants exchanged ideas and best practices for building a more sustainable and resilient water system. By fostering such knowledge-sharing platforms, AquaSPICE project continues to empower communities and industries in #NorthEastern #Romania to achieve a circular approach to water( in #Bacau every drop counts!)
