🇷🇴 🚀 Yesterday, we launched the Profile of the Romanian Entrepreneur in Tech, an initiative developed in collaboration with EY Romania & Moldova. We discussed the key findings of the report, as well as the speakers’ perspective on the status quo. 📊 As mentioned by Evelina Necula, the fact that almost 80% of startups with over €500k in revenue have multiple founders is clearly not a coincidence. This week we marked exactly two years since Endeavor Romania launched the Community Breakfast series - a regular gathering of a small group of founders and amazing speakers, conferring on relevant startup challenges, akin to a mini MBA for entrepreneurs, as we affectionately call it. 💡 A few statistics after reaching this milestone: 👉100+ different startups joined our regular gatherings 👉150+ founders and their team members benefitted from the experience 👉20+ entrepreneurs, investors, consultants and operators provided over 80 hours of mentorship I am very grateful to Andrei Pitis, Vargha Moayed, Cristian Ignat, Dan Lupu, Costin Taracila, Alina Stavaru, Mihai Ristici, Adrian Tanase, CFA, Pietro Sella, Radu Balaceanu, Fady Chreih, Marius Persinaru, Sergiu Negut, Andra Malina Platon, Peter Latos, Valeri Petrov, Mihai Faur, Dan Oros, Carmen Punga, Sebastian Gabor, Marius Istrate and Marius Stefan who embraced our project and provided it with their time and dedication. 🙌 The breakfast series was made possible with the support of the Bucharest Stock Exchange / Bursa de Valori Bucuresti (BVB), UniCredit Bank Romania, Regina Maria, Reteaua de sanatate and Google. 🙏 Our series will come back in 2025 but, until then, here's a couple of pictures from the first and the last gathering. #endeavor #community #impact

Marius suggests starting with a personal touch; share a bit of yourself to create authentic bonds. And don’t forget to ask, “Who should I know in this room?“—a great question to find valuable connections. 👥 In team meetings, start with a personal moment—a story or a simple question to humanize the work environment and build trust.
