We are happy to launch the autumn edition of the Mentoring Academy for HR Professionals. The program is developed by EMCC Romania in collaboration with HR Hub Romania and is specifically tailored to meet our needs as HR professionals, whether in the role of mentors or as designers of mentorship programs. The academy is accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council & successful candidates will receive: Automatic recommendation for the EMCC Individual Accreditation EIA (an individual Mentor level award at Foundation level) from EMCC Global. A certificate of accreditation from CCMI which you can use to claim 35 hours of CPD. At the end of this program the participants will: · learn how to establish a solid mentoring framework with clear objectives, milestones and KPIs - essential for starting a successful mentoring relationship or designing an effective program. · develop the ability to engage deeply in mentoring conversations, fostering an evolving relationship through active listening, emotional attunement, and creating a supportive, empathetic environment for the mentee. · gain confidence in their mentoring role by building a toolkit of foundational skills, understanding their limits, and learning to seek feedback to improve their mentoring effectiveness across diverse scenarios. Rooted in practicality and backed by over 40 years of research, our program offers an immersive experience in mastering the art of mentorship.
