Alongside the general contractor SSAB AG, architecture DRS-Architects, project management ONE PM [Project&Cost Management], we have won the bid for the expansion of Arena Mall in Bacău. The €35 million investment will add 70,000 square meters for mall, hotel and residential complex. The new Bacău Shopping Mall will feature a 4DX cinema and entertainment facilities, with the goal of transforming it into a "green" building. The project is scheduled for completion by 2024-2025.
