Today, we have some exciting news to share – Our Square 7 Properties profile is undergoing a transformation, including a new name and logo. This change is the result of a strategic joint venture between M Core Property and Square 7 Properties, creating Square 7, part of M Core.   Both teams, in London and Bucharest, are joining forces to manage the largest portfolio of retail parks across Romania, acquired by M Core in December 2023.   Co-CEOs of M Core Romania, Sebastian Macdonald-Hall and James Fife led the initiative with Clemens Petschnikar of Square 7 Properties to form Square 7, part of M Core.   However, today is about more than just a new logo or name. Last night, the #retail industry gathered in full force to partake in one of the key events of the year, in Poland, the official gala of the 16th Annual CEE Retail Awards, successfully organized by #EuropaProperty (EuropaProperty.com).   We were there too! 💪 After a tremendously successful 2023, we quietly hoped for recognition from the judges as they announced the winners in the respective categories in which we were nominated. And indeed it happened! 💥 We are celebrating this significant achievement with joy and excitement!
