Guten Tag from Düsseldorf! 🌟   Our recent #DiscoveryDay at our Düsseldorf office in Germany was packed with lively discussions, networking opportunities, and inspiring coffee connects. Thanks to our hosts James Magill, Sara Heuer, Chris Meads, and Wayne Spillett who led Q&A sessions diving deep into the VOIS transformation journey and shared our vision.   During the day, we engaged with our Vodafone Germany colleagues, showcasing our exciting changes and new customer-focused approach while having meaningful discussions on how VOIS can tackle challenges and support our shared goals. "Living with muscular dystrophy, I’ve faced my own share of challenges. Performing certain physical activities is difficult for me. They tend to worsen over time. Early on in my life, I found solace in my studies and sports, particularly table tennis. Representing my school and college teams at state-level competitions, I found a sense of purpose – the rush of adrenaline – the taste of victory. It was a superb feeling! Things haven’t always been easy for me. But my family and friends’ love gave me the strength to persevere. As my condition took a toll on me, I had to find new ways to pursue my interests and adapt to work. That’s when I joined VOIS – a workplace that saw beyond my limitations and believed in my potential. What stood out to me was the support I received. My manager and team have been compassionate and flexible regarding my condition, and as a result, I’ve been able to deliver quality work. It was a privilege to present our achievements with H.E. Prime Minister Dr. Moustafa Madbouly and H.E. What happens when 1500 students get digitally empowered by 245 passionate volunteers? One incredible mission for innovation! 🌟   As part of our #BrighterFutures programme, we've organised science fairs in schools across India. These events enable young minds to showcase creative projects, mentored by our dedicated volunteers, on topics ranging from scientific innovations 🔬 to environmental sustainability 🌍, social impact initiatives 🤝, and arts 🎨.
