YOKKO Fashion Store is a Romanian design, production and retail company for women clothing. The company was established in 1997, is 100% private and its headquarters are in Bucharest. The business started in 1997, when a group of friends decided to open a clothing store in downtown Bucharest and, soon after, they decided to open their own creation atelier. Since then, YOKKO has been well-known for the special occasions and business outfits they design. The quality of the fabrics and the over-attention to detail are the ingredients which have succeeded in making YOKKO brand the first choice for businesswomen and for those who have to participate at different occasions, where the dress code is elegant and precious. The company collaborates with suppliers from Italy, Spain, France and other European Union countries, in order to ensure the best quality for the products. In Romania, YOKKO has 12 stores, out of which 9 in Bucharest and one store in each important area of the country: Constanta, Brasov, Cluj, Iasi and in Sofia, Bulgaria. Moreover, since 2007, the company has developed an online store - www.yokko.ro. YOKKO continues to develop in the online area and the international version of the website, www.yokko.com, was launched at the end of 2013. Except its core business, YOKKO is also involved in the organization and support of Romanian cultural events. YOKKO was the official partner at George Enescu Festival for the last editions and designed the costumes for the organizing team.
